on Q design was established in 2002 as a Melbourne based design agency by creative director, Con Tsoukas. By mid 2006 in a move to grow the agency, Bradley Hall was invited to discuss the notion of adding a strategic focus to the agency. The combined 12 years each of design/creative and strategic/business experience would make for a very strong client focused approach. With the realisation of the strength of their collective experience and a couple of coffees later on Q design group was formed.
Their musings generated many suggestions on what services to offer. However one defining fact of the design industry proved the most important determination in defining the future direction of on Q design group; the lack of expertise and knowledge of the relevant strategic and design factors required for successful digital and web outcomes.
